What kind of photos do I need to take?
A clear, well-lit photo of each athlete in their uniform — natural light or outdoors works great. The athlete should be facing the camera, roughly from the waist up. Your phone camera is all you need. No tripod, no studio setup.
How long does the whole session take?
Photographing a full roster of 20 athletes takes about 20–30 minutes at practice. Once you submit the session, AI generation runs in the background — a roster of 20 typically completes in 25–35 minutes. Start to finish, most coaches go from first photo to finished download in about an hour.
What exactly does each athlete receive?
Every athlete gets three high-resolution digital files: a clean cinematic portrait, a named version with their name and jersey number, and a transparent PNG cutout for your own social media and marketing templates. Every session also includes the Team Showcase Banner, a Group Photo, and a bonus composite grid. All files download instantly after payment.
What if a photo doesn't turn out well?
Before you place your order, you can review every portrait and re-photograph any athlete whose image didn't generate well. Regenerations are free during the review step — you only pay once you're happy with the full roster.
What file format are the portraits delivered in?
High-resolution JPEG files suitable for printing up to 20×30 inches and larger. Use them in digital yearbooks, team apps, tournament programs, sponsor banners, social media, or send them to a print lab for physical prints.
